In addition, Chenqian Qiu will work closely with these companies to analyze strategic growth scenarios, provide appropriate recommendations and draw together with them an adequate management plan with a multidisciplinary and holistic vision of the European and Spanish market, which takes advantage of the accumulated experience of the Firm and translates it into a service from start to finish.

"I join a Firm with a great track record and experience in the Chinese market, with the intention of collaborating in the identification of good opportunities in a context of recovery of the commercial activity and the intensification of the bilateral and commercial relationship between Spain and China", values the new Partner of Grant Thornton.

Increase in China's appetite for investment in Spain

In fact, according to data from Grant Thornton's Pulse of the Spanish Medium-Sized Company, China is one of the main countries in which Spanish companies are making efforts to explore new markets. The Spanish context also opens up new opportunities for growth through transactions, fund acquisitions, valuations and M&A.

According to Fernando Beltrán, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton's Financial Advisory, "Chinese investor appetite is great and we want to provide Chinese companies landing in our country with an efficient and practical business building platform that connects Chinese companies with the best opportunities available in the Spanish market".
