I have over 35 years of professional experience, primarily in the public sector and strategic business and innovation consulting. I joined Grant Thornton in 2004 after working for more than 15 years at PwC, where I participated in the management of large-scale projects in areas such as the administration of national and EU funds, organizational transformation, and the analysis of business processes and models across various industries. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with both public and private entities, working closely with government agencies in the supervision and control of subsidized projects.
My expertise also includes optimizing key processes and defining tailored action plans for companies in the industrial and service sectors. I have led multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project visions and client objectives.
