Throughout my career, I have provided services to a wide range of sectors such as real estate, automotive, tourism, start-ups, agriculture, ceramics, and the industrial sector, working with national and international clients and R&D related companies.
The understanding of these sectors and my experience in them, has helped my clients to have a clearer understanding of the main opportunities and risks related to these sectors.
Thanks to an experience of more than 20 years at EY, DT and now, in Grant Thornton, I have been able to advise the largest companies in the Valencian Community from a national, international and Transfer Pricing tax point of view, some of them listed. In this sense, I have also worked with international companies coming to the Community, assisting our local clients in international and PT projects in several countries: Morocco, China, Brazil, Bangladesh, India, Mexico. Additionally, I have experience before the Court of The Hague in tax litigation.
I posses an extensive experience working with investment funds, assisting them in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, tax planning and supporting them in this type of projects as global coordinator of the tax, legal and labor areas.
I have been a professor at Business Schools and Universities, such as EDEM, Universidad de Valencia, FUNDESEM, Universidad Católica de Valencia and CEU. In addition, I have published several articles in specialized tax journals such as CEF.
Lastly, I have been recognized by Best Lawyers as one of the best lawyers in the tax area.
