I am Director of the Labor Management Area in the Grant Thornton office in Barcelona, where I lead the payroll team and accompany companies from different sectors in labor and Social Security management. My professional career began at CaixaBank, where I began my first steps before joining Grant Thornton, a firm where I have been developing my career for more than 20 years.
I have a degree in Labour Relations and Labour Sciences from the University of Barcelona, I have an Executive MBA and a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, and I am an active member of the Illustrious College of Social Graduates of Barcelona. Throughout these years I have had the honour of receiving the Medal of Professional Merit for 15 and 20 years of practice, awarded by the Generalitat de Catalunya; recognitions that I deeply value for what they represent for our profession.
During my career at Grant Thornton I have worked with companies in very diverse sectors, food, chemical industry, metal trade, consulting, education, real estate, ICT, hospitality, tourism and services, advising them on labor matters, participating in review and Due Diligence processes, and leading projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality of service.
In 2023 I was selected for the Advanced Leader Program, an international program of Grant Thornton in which I had the opportunity to work alongside directors and partners from more than 15 countries, reinforcing my leadership skills, strategic vision and global collaboration.
Throughout my career I have provided specialized training for companies, as well as through foundations and Chambers of Commerce. In addition, I have complemented my development with numerous courses related to the workplace, team management and the improvement of management skills. I consider myself a professional committed to continuous training and to keeping myself up to date in order to offer rigorous advice adapted to the constant changes in the work environment.
