I currently work as a Hotel Asset Manager at Grant Thornton, where I am involved in asset performance monitoring, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making aimed at improving profitability and long-term positioning.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse international environments, collaborating with organizations such as Radisson Hotel Group, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Horwath HTL, Corinthia Hotels, as well as working with hotel investment groups through platforms such as Pearl Overseas Investments. I have also gained strategic and corporate development experience at Akers AB.

In this context, I have contributed to asset management, owner representation, financial controlling, operational audits, and strategic planning projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

My experience includes operator selection processes, contract negotiations, asset repositioning, and operational optimization, always seeking to align the interests of owners, operators, and market dynamics.
