I have experience in restructuring processes of groups of companies, acquisition processes and takeovers of significant assets and/or companies (M&A), due diligence, business, and commercial collaboration agreements (distribution, joint venture, agency, deposit, supply, etc.), real estate law, partner agreements, etc.

I am also active as a speaker at conferences on company acquisitions and shareholders' agreements. I actively participate in the drafting of legal articles, refresher courses and seminars.
