I am Director of the legal-labor area of Grant Thornton Spain, in the Barcelona Office. Throughout my professional career, with more than 20 years of experience, I have advised national and multinational companies on labor matters, providing legal assistance and defense before all types of Courts.
My specialization focuses on labor advice, specifically in the field of legal proceedings before the labor jurisdiction, company restructuring, collective bargaining, redundancy plans, Due Diligence processes or collective disputes. Previously I worked at "KPMG Abogados" and "BDO Abogados".
I currently advise important companies in various sectors, such as the hotel and leisure industry, food, port activity, or contact center. At the teaching level, I am a lecturer on the Higher Course on Social Security and Labour Law that has been taught at the CENTRE FOR FINANCIAL STUDIES OF BARCELONA (CEF) for 19 years, teaching the subject of Labour Law and Labour Procedure. I have also published several books on labor law in the publication "INDICATOR ASESORES Y EDITORES". I have been a finalist in the "Lawyer of the year Restructuring & Reorganisations" category of the "Iberian Lawyer Labour Awards" of 2022 and 2025, and I have been recognised in the 2026 edition of "Best Lawyers in Spain™", in the subject "Labour and Employment Law.
