For more than 20 years I have been developing my professional career at Grant Thornton, with responsibilities in the areas of Commercia Law and Tax Law. I was mainly focused on advising on the optimization of the management of family business assets, as well as to facilitate the generational transfer of the same or, where appropriate, to anticipate and organize the disinvestment ensuring the maximum obtention of resources by the transfer of assets and / or companies.
Since 2008, as a consequence of the financial crisis, and in order to meet the needs of our clients, I have intensified my litigation practice, in the contentious-administrative, civil and, especially, commercial areas, to provide advice in situations of business crisis, whether in the filing, processing or defense in bankruptcy proceedings, both to debtors and creditors affected, as well as in pre-bankruptcy situations, and in processes of restructuring of liabilities or refinancing.
As common characteristics of all the specialties and areas of law in which I participate, I emphasize as a professional the necessary closeness and involvement, and the intense knowledge of the client and his circumstances.
