Pay transparency: obligations begin even before the Spanish law comes into force
Labour newsThe EU Pay Transparency Directive is set to change recruitment, pay and promotion. Key points and the impact on businesses in Spain until 2027
I joined Grant Thornton in 2014 as an employment lawyer, after a previous stint at Baker McKenzie. Since then, I have developed my career between legal-labor advice and strategic people management.
Between 2017 and 2024 I was Director of Human Resources at Orovalle Minerals, where I consolidated an operational and business vision that completes my technical profile.
I am currently Director of Labour at Grant Thornton and from this role I advise national and international companies on all matters related to Labour Law and Social Security: drafting of contracts, individual and collective dismissals, substantial modifications, geographical mobility, remuneration structure, collective bargaining or legal proceedings. I also lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate in strategic operations such as acquisition processes or organizational transformation. I specialise in labour due diligence and the design of policies that integrate regulatory compliance, sustainability and equality.
Since 2015 I have been an Equality Officer and a member of the National Association of Labour Relations and HR Directors. I participate as a speaker in forums such as APD, Chambers of Commerce and other spaces focused on people and talent.
My approach combines legal rigor with a strategic vision of human resources to promote work environments that are inclusive, sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
