Belén Fernández Fernández

I have more than 20 years of experience in Business and Technology Consulting, participating in national and international projects in various sectors. 

I am a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and throughout my career I have led IT Transformation projects, including the definition of the strategy and the transformation plan not only technological but also taking into account all aspects related to change management. 

I have extensive experience in project offices, business process design, definition of system plans and implementation of solutions. It is worth highlighting my participation in international projects of design and implementation of systems of various nature (transactional systems, CRM systems, HR management tools or customized solutions).
