I joined Grant Thornton in 2018, after three years of experience at Crowe. I have more than 10 years of experience in auditing, having participated in national and international projects under local and international regulations (IFRS). I have worked for companies in various sectors such as real estate, hospitality and fast food, automotive, energy, public sector, industrial and financial, including IPO processes and bond issuances, among other activities.
In addition to the audit experience, I have worked in accounting advisory projects under IFRS regulations, as well as in forensics processes, analysis of hedging instruments, preparation of expert reports for the Commercial Registry on different transactions and I participate as a speaker in technical training within Grant Thornton.
Among others, I have participated or participate in the audit of the Astara Group, Flexicar Group, ZTE Spain Group, Clarios Group, Burger King Spain, Redsys Group, Spanish Deposit Guarantee Fund, TrinaSolar, Worten Group, as well as in multiple SOCIMIs listed on markets such as BME Growth, Euronext or Portfolio Stock Exchange.
I am a member of the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC) and I have been recognized with the Extraordinary Award in the Master's Degree in Auditing of Accounts of the University of Alcalá de Henares and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain.
