I am Director of the Legal Department in the Madrid Office. With sixteen years of experience in Commercial Law, having specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance and the securities market.
I have participated in multiple business reorganization and sale and purchase of companies in which he has advised national and international funds in the private equity and venture capital sector, as well as family businesses.
With extensive experience in the management of the Corporate Secretariat of multiple companies, some of them listed. I hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of some of the companies I advise, supporting and collaborating with the Secretary of the Board and the rest of the members of the Board of Directors in all of them.
