I joined Grant Thornton in 2007 and have over 25 years of experience in tax planning and advice. I have a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, a Master's Degree in Financial and Tax Administration from the Institute of Fiscal Studies and a member of the Bar Association
Throughout my career I have specialized in advising companies and private clients on tax planning, as well as on tax procedures (management, inspection, collection, economic-administrative and contentious routes) and corporate reorganization operations. I am also a specialist in M&A transactions and tax Due Diligence
I am currently teaching at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF) in the Due Diligence program in M&A operations, as well as at Fundesem Business School (FBS) in its Master's Degree in Tax Advice
