I have more than 10 years of experience in tax advice to entities and business groups, both national and international. Throughout my career I have participated in numerous Due Diligence, corporate restructuring and tax planning projects, providing solutions adapted to the needs of each operation. I have advised, among others, groups such as Aramark, Applus, Noatum, Renta Corporación, Lidl, Labiana and TeamSystem in complex transactions with a high strategic impact.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, I was part of KPMG's tax department, where I advised various entities in the financial, banking and insurance sector on restructuring and Due Diligence transactions, as well as on the analysis and resolution of highly complex tax issues. I have also been involved in the planning and implementation of international business structures aimed at optimizing the taxation of the groups involved.
I have a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Tax Advice from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
