Isabel Bellot

I have been Director of Digital Transformation (CDTO) at Grant Thornton Spain since 2022. I direct the Masters in Technology Management and Digital Innovation and the international edition of the Master's Degree in Digital Transformation (Chile and Peru) at La Salle Business School. Knowledge transfer is one of my passions, something that I consider key in the fusion between university and business and that is why I also teach in various master's degrees and programs (Project Management, Supply Chain, MIBA, Philosophy and Technology, AI for Business Program) and in international programs such as ENGAGE.EU in strategic chapters such as Data Strategy. 

My passion for technologies and today for defining the AI strategy and the Data strategy, has led me to consolidate throughout my professional career of more than 25 years, as a CDTO (Chief Digital Transformation Officer) and CIO (Chief Information Officer) in companies in sectors as strategic as professional services,  building/architecture/construction, maritime transport, air transport, automotive, food, cardboard/paper, research centres, 3rd residencies. Age, Tourism, among others. 

My time in Consulting companies such as KPMG gave me work discipline, methodology and a broad vision of industrial sectors, processes and organization that have been key in the evolution of my professional career. 

Prior to my current position as CDTO, I have accompanied and advised large, medium and small companies in their technological strategy from CIO/CDTO positions (Volkswagen Group Retail, Balearia, GB Foods, Vueling, Colegio de Arquitectos de Catalunya, Centro de Regulación del Genoma, among others) 

I consider myself a strategist, visionary, specialized in designing roadmaps that align technology, people, culture and business models with an innovative approach. There is no transformation without people. There is no growth without vision. 

I define myself as a "knowmad" – a nomad of my knowledge and innovation – consolidating myself as a digital woman of reference in technological leadership, being one of the top 30 women on the LaIA 2025 list (Donadigital.cat) having also been nominated for the STEM Women Awards 2025.
