I have been part of Grant Thornton's Transaction Services team since December 2017. I have more than 15 years of experience in financial advice in financial due diligence processes and transaction support for industrial clients and private equity funds.
I started my professional career in the Audit area of KPMG and, in 2009, I joined the Transaction Services Department of KPMG in Bogotá, where I led projects for international clients, mainly from the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain.
In January 2016 I joined KPMG's Transaction Services Department in Madrid, specializing in transactions with a focus on Latin America. Throughout my career I have advised entities such as Accel-KKR, ACON, Carlyle, FCC, Veolia, Urbaser, among others.
Degree in business administration and management from the San Pablo CEU University, Madrid.
