I have a degree in Law from the University of Navarra, with a diploma in Economic Law from IESE Business School. I have a Double Master's Degree in Law for Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law, as well as an Executive Master's Degree in Fashion Law, both from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
I am currently director of the Legal Department of Grant Thornton Spain and I have more than 11 years of experience advising on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. Throughout my career I have participated in numerous processes of purchase and sale of companies and business reorganizations, both national and international, and I have advised clients from various sectors on commercial law matters. I have also led the secretariat of the council in different international groups.
I have previously developed my professional career in firms such as PwC, Fieldfisher and Eversheds Sutherland.
