As a Director in Transfer Pricing and International Tax, I bring over 20 years of experience advising multinational groups in complex and highly internationalized environments.

Throughout my professional career at firms such as Deloitte and EY, I have led global transfer pricing and international tax projects for large corporate groups with a presence across EMEA, the Americas, Asia, and the United States. My experience includes the design and implementation of tax and transfer pricing structures aligned with the value chain, managing high-risk tax audits, and negotiating Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).

I have advised leading companies across multiple industries, including technology, telecommunications, industrials, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and luxury, working with groups such as Telefónica, Amazon, Apple, Siemens, Pfizer, and LVMH, among others.

In recent years, I have significantly oriented my practice toward the application of artificial intelligence and technology in the tax field, leading the design and development of solutions focused on process automation, enhanced analytical quality, and optimization of transfer pricing documentation. This approach combines technical tax expertise with advanced technological capabilities, enabling projects to be delivered with greater accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Alongside my professional work, I maintain an active role in academia as a lecturer in postgraduate tax programs, delivering training in transfer pricing, international taxation, and emerging areas such as the taxation of crypto-assets.
I regularly work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, leading international projects and contributing to business development and the consolidation of specialized tax practices.
