I have advised on a large number of transactions in the industrial, consumer, telecommunications, real estate and private equity sectors. I have more than 16 years of experience in Transaction Services. I previously worked in the Transaction Services department at KPMG.
I have advised companies such as Telefónica, Enagás, Indra, Arcelor Mittal, Permira, HIG, Nazca, Diana, Nmas1, Torreal, Thesan, Cerberus among others.
