Accounting for more than 30 years of experience, I have participated in restructuring different groups of enterprises, acquisitions, and takeovers of significant assets and/or companies (M&A), Due Diligence, business and commercial collaboration agreements (distribution, joint venture, agency, warehousing, supply, etc.), corporate regulations and agreements between partners.
Among other clients, I have worked with Coge Comercial Gestora Correduría de Seguros, Truxton, Najeti Capital, Alucan, Himoinsa, Natac Pharma, IMC Toys, BIC Graphic Europe, Citizen Watch and Zanini.
I have held the position of Secretariado no Consejero in companies owned by private equity entities whilst advising entities and individuals in the field Empresa Familiar and Derecho Inmobiliario and of the Construcción. In addition, I am a member of the Grupo de Expertos in Derecho Mercantil of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados of Barcelona. I have been a speaker at conferenced in the contractual and corporate fields.
