I joined Grant Thornton in 2009. Prior to this I was Director of Valuations and Strategy (Transactions) at PwC, where I was also an auditor. I have over 28 years of experience, specializing in the Industrial, Energy, Automotive, Real Estate and Construction sectors.

Merger processes: Mediaset España and Mediaset Italia; Axa Seguros Generales and Axa Global Direct; World Duty Free Group Spain and WDFG UK; Unicaja and CEISS.
Valuation: Atresmedia, Codere, Renfe Mercancías, Corporación Gestamp, AEDAS Homes, Globalvia, Europac, BMW Ibérica, KIA Spain.
In addition to several publications, I have lectured in numerous courses and external seminars on Corporate Finance and real estate I master´s degree programs (valuation modules) for executives.
