I joined Grant Thornton in 2015. I started my career at KPMG Forensic in 2003, first in the New York office and then in Madrid. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, I spent five years as a manager in the M&A practice at Indra, where I was involved in numerous corporate transactions in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
I advise different types of companies and individuals on the resolution of complex disputes in arbitration, litigation, mediation, and transactions. As an independent expert in the economic-financial field, my objective is to provide clients and their legal advisors with the necessary information to make the best possible decision in complex situations with a high-risk profile.
Within the Forensic practice at Grant Thornton, I specialize in the preparation of economic, financial, and accounting analyses, as well as the valuation of companies in contentious situations and the quantification of damages (the quantum of a claim).
I have acted as an independent expert and testified as an expert witness on several occasions, in civil, commercial, labor, and criminal proceedings, as well as in national and international arbitration (the languages of arbitration being English and Spanish).
